Deposits of 50 % will hold your order. The balance will be due within 30 Days of your being notified that your order is ready. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE providing I successfully produce the animal(s) you order, or you fail to pay the balance within the 30 Days. (Unless special arrangements have been made).

When placing an order, supply us with your phone # it is required for us to ship your order.

Trades

On occasion I will do trades if you are producing something I am interested in. I DO NOT ship first in trade orders. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

SHIPPING

I will not ship animals out of the U.S. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! All orders are packed in STYRO-FOAM insulated boxes, and depending on weather conditions, a cold or heat pack may be added, and will be shipped next-day to your door.

Shipping will only be done MON, TUES, AND WED.

Live arrival of healthy animals is guaranteed, with the condition that there is someone available at the time of delivery to SIGN for the package. I will not ship in the month of August due to extremely hot conditions. (Although special arrangements can be made - INQUIRE)

Shipping fees are $40.00 - $60.00 depending on shipping zones and weight of the package(s).

GUARANTEE

My guarantee is that the animal is voluntarily feeding on live or frozen / thawed unscented mice. All animals will be outwardly healthy, correctly sexed, and flawless, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. All animals are CAPTIVE BORN, unless otherwise noted. Shipping charges are your responsibility unless animals were improperly sexed. It is up to you to verify that all animals are properly sexed within 7days. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 7 days after delivery for adjustments.

Any special orders such as "RIGHT OUT OF THE EGG" group packages will be guaranteed for LIVE ARRIVAL only

All animals sold by RADER REPTILES are guaranteed to arrive alive and to be outwardly healthy upon receipt.
